Improved Avro Lancaster + Tallboy bomb

This unit comes from the supermod LSH3-v5.1. I don't know who is the author of this unit, but the 3D model and the texture are very good !
I've corrected all the following problems :
- the rear and top turrets had a wrong rotation movement
- the glass of the cockpit was turning with the top turret
- the rear turret didn't have any glass
- the aircraft was carrying only 7x 250kg bombs --> now, the aircraft carries 14x 500 kg bombs
- rudders and rear wing didn't have any damage boxes linked
- some collision spheres were missing on the main part
- there was no specular mask for the texture --> I added it with a proper node and a controller
- I corrected a bit the crew locations
- the entry date was wrong --> changed to February 1942
- the aircraft was set as a diving bomber --> changed to level bomber
I've added the following features :
- I created the 3D Model of the glass of the rear turret
- I created the 3D model of the propellers (not moving) which will appear when the engine is destroyed or when the plane is underwater.
- I changed a bit the texture of the moving propellers, the glass color, and the Lancaster texture (a bit more orange)
- the aircraft can carry a singe Tallboy bomb

In order to get destroyable propellers, you have to add or modify these lines in Zones.cfg :
