[WIP] Fletcher-class destroyer

Fletcher-class US destroyer
3D model and textures from World of Warships.

W O R K - A L R E A D Y - D O N E
1./ 3D WORK
* SHIP :
- re-scaled (15 %) and flipped on X-axis.
- detached many parts from the ship to make them destroyable (masts, boats ...) or movable (rudder, propellers, guns ...)
- - - -
* GUNS :
- re-scaled, and flipped on X-axis
- centered on their axis of rotation
- splitted into several moving parts (cradle and barrel)
2./ SEA FOLDER
* .DAT :
- imported all objects' textures.
- placed all guns' nodes.
- placed all moving and destroyable parts with their details.
- placed all small objects with their own texture.
* .SIM :
- added historical data for the ship (speed, displacement, etc.)
- added main guns' restrictions of fire.
3./ TEXTURES
- converted all textures from .dds to .tga files.
4./ LIBRARY FOLDER
* .DAT :
- created all weapons with moving parts.
* .SIM :
- added historical data for all weapons.

* .DAT :
- add nodes for lookouts crew ?
* .SIM :
- calculate all the possible angles of fire for all the AA guns.
* .VAL : effects.
* .ZON :
- add bubbles boxes.
- fixe ship's hitpoints and armor level.
* write the logs with historical data in english, french and german.

* .ZON : create damage boxes for the different guns.
